    This is a reproduction of the spindle clamp used with original or reproduction Victrola dancing toys. These clamps press onto the spindle of the Victrola as well as similar record players. Once attached to the turntable spindle, the dancing toy mechanism can be driven by this clamp. This piece is often lost or missing when an original toy is found. This clamp is intended for use with the style of dancing toys made by the National Toy Co. of Boston, Mass.
    This part is accurately made of hard maple and contains a steel reinforcing ring, just like the originals.
