This is a limited edition Empire LTD 450 phono cartridge with elliptical stylus.  This sale includes the phono cartridge, assembly screws, instruction booklet, box tray, set box, and box slipcover (the screw driver originally included with this set is not included in this sale).  The phono cartridge is in pretty good condition with some light cosmetic scuffs, scratches, and label wear, and I am not able to confirm whether or not it has actually been used yet.  The assembly screws are still brand new and factory sealed in their baggie.  The instructions have a crease, some bending, and some other wear from contact inside the box though are otherwise in good shape.  The box tray is in good shape and the set box is good though does have some age & storage wear.  The box's plastic slipcover has yellowing, scratching, and some cracking.  Please ask if there are any questions.
